So here I am again-in another infomercial (the first one was P90X). As you can see in my before pic-I was in pretty good shape...but my word-Asylum took me to a whole new level of athleticism. I am so greatful for this program, what it did for me, for Beachbody, and for all the support I have recieved over the years. Hard work does pay off! Never give up on any of your goals, because if you want it bad enough-you'll get it!

So. What have I been doing Post Reset? Read on.
Alot of you will be surprised that I am still eating the Reset meals that are outlined in the guidebook for the Ultimate Reset. Many of you have been asking me what am I doing to maintain, how are my workouts now, etc. So I want to answer all of that right here, right now. Throughout my 21 days-I have discovered that personally, I want to remain a Vegan. I want 50% of that to be Raw Vegan as well. I just know, FOR ME, it helps me feel better and have more energy. PLUS-I recover from my workouts faster, therefore I can push harder in my workouts. I am on the maintenance program for the Reset-which includes Alkanize (the nasty green sweat sock powder-but is SUPER good for you) and Optimize (digestive enzymes). I also wanted to include Oxygenize (liquid oxygen-oxygenates the blood-making you feel oh so good, and your workouts are super fly when you are drinking oxygenated water), plus once a day I will take Detox. To keep things moving. You know what I mean by that. And since doing this every day, almost a month post Reset-I STILL have my post reset results, and I still have that clarity of mind, the peacefullness, the energy, all of the benefits that came with the Reset. Figured out I can keep that feeling forever! Which I LOVE.
I do allow myself to have a little more snacks than usual-but I am experimenting with vegan/raw snacks and side dishes to "get my feet wet"..so to speak. I have alot to learn, like always, and I want to know what my body likes, and what it shuns. Sort of a self experiment. I like science.
OH-and as far as my workouts..I basically feel like the Gladiator. For reals. I am doing Asylum with a dash of Les Mills Pump thrown in for good measure. My performances on the hardest workouts I've ever done are SO MUCH BETTER. And with that I feel like a spartan. A gladiator. Or Rocky.
Anywho-that's all I have for now. Summer is upon us, which means LOTS of boating. Who knows-maybe I will drink and eat my face off the next time we are out on the boat. All I know is-is that with Beachbody-I have the tools to get back on track. I can help you do the same thing. KNOW THIS.

Day 14-1 week left!
ONE MORE WEEK YA'LL. It's amazing how fast everything is going. I noticed on the diet that it gradually weaned me into just fruits and veggies-in CRAZYASS meals that were delicious, no grains! AND AND half RAW VEGAN eating. I didn't even notice it. The Reset will brainwash you. In a good way. I'm not hungry between meals, and I honestly just might give up on alcohol and all the bad stuff for good-just because of how good I feel. Today food was so friggin good and FILLING. Lunch had me with 2 big ass salads, one was our typical "microgreen salad" AND a "carrot seaweed Medley." BTW-those salads are HUGE. Then dinner. I had cold soup. Weird, no? I buckled down and ate it anyway, (RAW)cucumber avocado soup-with a HUGE helping of broiled veggies, and quinoa. I was SO STUFFED after the cold soup (it was still sooo good!) and the veggies-I gave my quinoa to my daughter. I gave up a grain. I don't even know who I am anymore. It was a struggle to get that meal down because I was just SO FULL. I felt like I was in an eating competition. Swears.
I'm full, happy, satisfied, and I feel good. Can't ask for more than that! OH btw-I'm doing a round of Asylum (from Insanity, it's a 30 day program) before I head to Vegas in June for our Annual Coach Summit. Gotta look fly. ;) Let me know if you want to join me by posting in the comments. You must purchase a Challenge Pack (the one with Asylum in it) to get in the group through www.beachbodycoach.com/demibean. You will see "Challenge Packs" on the side, click there and choose, add to cart, and check on out. And you are IN this SUPER secret VIP Challenge Group. I will hold you accountable and support you every step of the way. Plus I will be doing it with you, so I'll need your support as well! May 14th this Challenge Group fires up-so order your Challenge Pack NOW, so you have it in time for our group.
OK-till tomorrow!

Before/After Asylum Pics!
This tranformation took place within 30 DAYS of doing INSANITY: THE ASYLUM. Yes, it lives up to it's title. But for 30 days of lung bursting and muscle burning like you've never believed-I AM THRILLED. I am currently done with my "Relief week" (it's suggested after doing a round to let your body recuperate from the hell it just went through) and I have just completed my first week of my second round of the Asylum. I have changed my mind in doing the P90X/Asylum hybrid. I am going to do another full out Asylum rotation and see what happens. My athletic abilities are through the roof-and that's just something you can't see in the pictures. Speedroping is NO joke my friends, and when I started, I couldn't do it at all. I can now keep up with the video, and although I still take many breaks through all the workouts-I am improving. Which goes to show you: fitness is a life time committment. I LOVE my little improvements, however small they might be; because it means I am moving forward, and that's really all that matters. One thing that I have noticed is that I am not physically disabled after the workouts now-and I actually have a life again. So I can only be extremely excited about what this second round will do for me and my general fitness and wellbeing! That said: here are my before/after pics. Yeah I am white as a ghost in my first-but boating season just started here in Charleston and let's just face it, I am puertorican and I get better tans than most people, even with SPF 50 on. The crap just doesn't work on me. Oh well. :)

OK!
Ya'll have been ON MY A$$ to blog so here you go. Almost worse than Norton reminding me every 30 seconds that I need to renew my virus protection. Geez.
I don't even know.
1) I've graduated the Asylum. No it's not a nuthouse. You know, the fitness program I've been boring into your brain for the last month. I posted my stats on my FB "like" page. I'm too lazy to copy and paste here so just go to the facebook page listed on this blog, and you can see the results there in the notes. Not a picture yet though. I got my period the last day of the Asylum (thanks universe) so I'm bloaty and I REFUSE to capture that as my "after" pic. I plan to do the Asylum/P90X hybrid next. So then I will talk about that all the time. Riveting I know.
2) We had a pretty dramatic moment at the Bean household. Isabel (just turned 3) has been 99.99999% potty trained for a good while now. BUT she would wear pullups when we'd go out, or when no one felt like taking her to the potty. (parents of the year over here). Then we decided that enough was enough. We put all the pressure on Alana (our 9 year old) so Isabel wouldn't hate us (the lazy parents), and told her to throw out all the pullups VISIBLY so Isabel could "see" that they were going "bye bye" forever. Talk about a kid going crazy. She threw her flailing body on the floor screaming "NOOOOOOOOO!!! NOT MY PULLUPS!!! PLEASE NO NO NO!!!" And I had to hold that monster back while she kicked me trying to make a bee line for Alana to kill her for throwing out her precious pullups. But, guess what? IT WORKED. We ARE GOOD PARENTS. She wears her Dora panties and loves it and doesn't pee anywhere, not even at night! Whatwhat!! :)
Aaaaaaaaand I had a dream that I was flashmobbed to a Michael Jackson song for my birthday. It was ridiculously awesome. (hint hint J).

Almost done...
3 more days. 3 MORE DAYS. Asylum. I don't really have the energy to give you a pretty picture to display my feelings right now. All I know is that I had Verticle Plyo today and I sharted. That's how hard I pushed. Pun intended.
I'm going to take a shower, and do absolutely nothing for the rest of the day, but eat and tell my kids to do everything for me. I'm that kind of mom. Whatever. All I know is I had it aLOT harder when I was 9 years old. I even tell my 3 year old to throw away stuff for me, get things for me, etc. And she LOVES to do it. My 9 year old...notsomuch. If I even have to scratch my butt today-Alana is going to do it.
3 MORE DAYS! And then "Relief" week comes-HOORAY! Plus-I GET MY "I'M DONE WITH THIS HELL" TSHIRT. (ok it's not really called that but it should be). I'm all about the free sh*t.

You know, I really don't care.
I don't care if this blog doesn't inspire you to get fitter-or if my blog title offends you. If you would like to remain unfit, unhappy, and unhealthy-that's on you my friend. It's not about being "skinny." How about some low cholesterol levels and healthy blood pressure. The ability to walk up stairs without gasping for air? Doesn't that sound appealing? Anyway, That's all I gotta say about that.
But hey..this can be YOU one day!
So, I have 3 days left of my first round of Asylum. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. Today was the MOTHA of all workouts-Game Day with added Overtime <--PURE CRAZY. I HATE speed skating, and I HATE mountain climbing. 2 of my newfound personal discoveries. But, I burned over 1500 motha effing cals with this monstrosity, so I feel good about that mentally-but physically...yeah I'm just a WEE BIT SORE. I am upping my calories a little today. The more you burn, the hungrier you are-and I HATE being hungry. One thing I've learned throughout the years of my fitness journey is listening to my body. When I need to eat more-I don't eat garbage. I eat healthy, to where I FEEL good about my day. I'm a mom-and I can't be laid out on the sofa agonizing in pain. So, food and the occasional motrin helps. ALOT. I will be partaking in a recovery week, then we'll see what's next! Verticle plyo is tomorrow-I hope and praypraypray that I do good this time around. I'm watching Dancing with the Stars on my DVR so you can see I'm pretty busy right now, squeezing in some TV before the fam gets home. What? YEAH I WATCH TV. Judge away.
***UPDATE*** As I am watching Dancing with the Stars, one of the contestants that plays for the Stealers (football)-compares the jive to a "P90X WORKOUT, AND THAT HE USES IT IN THE OFF SEASON TO STAY IN SHAPE."
WHATWHAT??!!!! yeah baby!!!

DAY 20 OF ASYLUM ***DONE*** and mash potatoes
I can see the light. 10 more days. 10 MORE DAYS. And I can send off my before/after pics and get my dang tshirt. BECAUSE THAT IS ALL I WANT-MY TSHIRT. Anyone that completes this should get a medal really-this is just mayham. I had Game Day and Overtime yesterday (see previous post), and today-Verticle Plyo. What a fabulous follow up. I was soooo looking forward to this. (can you just HEAR my sarcasm). Whatever. I do what's on the schedule, no matter how painful. Well, not really painful-just EXHAUSTING. And that's one thing I wanna say-with Insanity-I know alot of peeps were getting knee injuries, back tweaks and all that (engage your core people!). With Asylum-I DON'T HAVE ANY PAIN, except plain EXHAUSTION, and the expected wretched soreness. Soreness does not equel pain, IMO. Pain is a pulled muscle, tendons breaking, bone breaking, that kind of thing. That's the only time I think anyone should take a rest day. If you are sore-suck it up-and do your scheduled workout. This is my accurate description of my soreness today, and I still did the workout, so you can too:
I don't even know what this means. But my body does feel "mashy." Hence mash potatoes.
I need to shower or lie in the tub for 2 hours. So, that's all I have for now. Bye.

Day 19-"IT" finally happened.
GAME DAY. ASYLUM. *WITH* ADDITIONAL WORKOUT ADDED IN END: "OVERTIME."
baaaaarfffff!!!!
Ya'll..this workout was built and designed for crazy people. Of course this makes me a perfect candidate but like, OMG Shaun is just completely out of his mind, batsh*t crazy. FIRST OF ALL (and I'm saying this WAVING MY FINGER in your face, cocking my head side to side, MAJOR 'TUDE. just FYI)- GAME DAY is a beast in itself-OVERTIME is only 15 minutes-but it starts like a bat out of hell right from the first second. There is stuff in there I've never, NEVER seen in my life. IT WAS SOOOO HARD. OH and another thing-SHAUN LIES. In the last 2 minutes, he's all like; "This is the last move"...and I'm like "OH THANK YOU JESUS! I MADE IT!!!" Then he goes, "Nope, changed my mind, go to the PULL UP BAR." then, then, THEN-HE LIES AGAIN. "Go to your speed rope." And THEN finish with a bazillion pushups. WTH. A WORKOUT FILLED WITH LIES AND PURE LUNACY.
But-I loved it. How does that even happen? I know he is pushing me, for the better. I can't stay in a comfort zone forever. I have to keep pushing my own boundaries-and sometimes you need a bit of crazy for that to happen. Especially as I get older, I notice my stupid metabolism slowing a bit, but thanks to Shakeology and programs like this-I can speed that shiz up a bit and progress in my health and fitness as I get older. THANK YOU BEACHBODY. and Shaun. (<--that was said in a whisper shaun. I'm not quite sure I can thank you for anything right now. Give me time to sort it out. I'm sort of mad at you). I'm sore already. 11 more days of

Today someone died. And it wasn't me from Jason's Bearnightbreathing
I don't EVEN want to post a picture of this guy who died. Or even say his name. All I know is that this was a person who led the way towards hate and terrorism against the Unites States. I was in the Marines during this particular time, and when the towers went down in NYC-I was in Pennsylvania on recuiting duty. Yes, close to where one of the planes went down. I remember we had to immediately get out of uniform (just in case any more terrorism was going down-military is, of course, the number 1 target). And then we had to inspect all of our government vehicles for car bombs. Not your typical day at the office.Let's hope that this leads the way to taking down more terrorists, and terroristic activity.
Anyway, enough of that. Back to my daily beatdown-Asylum. Tomorrow is Day 19!! Which is the first time I will do GAME DAY (read: HELL DAY) WITH "OVERTIME" added in the end. Killme. I honestly canNOT imagine throwing in more supercrazy at the end of another supercrazy workout. I think this is where I might blow chunks. I am going to treat this stretch day today; or as like Shaun likes to call it: "Relief" Day as just that. Stretching, and complete recovery, with lots of good hydration (i.e. no alcohol), protein, and a nap somewhere thrown in.
In other news: Jason will be getting a nose job! Now-don't call me nuts for being celebratory in this matter-turns out Jason had a raging sinus infection that went unnoticed foreva..so now they are treating his infection before they can fix his deviated septum. And the Dr's said his septum is MAJOR deviated (result of a broken nose from wrestling in his teenage years). Which means very soon-I get to sleep normally again! YAY! Oh yeah, he will be able to sleep better too. Let's hope they give him LOTS of recovery drugs, because have you ever heard of the man cold? When Jason gets sick, it's like that. And you know what I mean. I can't imagine what it will be like for him recovering from a nose job. I'm not very "nurse-y" so hopefully the drugs will do the job for me. Don't judge.

Verticle Vom
Nope it didn't happen. I didn't vomit, but I was scarily close to it. And after looking at this, I might now:
Do you think he's sexy? barf.
So, yesterday I didn't quite keep up with a "clean" eating day. Hey, it's summer practically in Charleston already. And that means boating, going to the pool and drinking alot of adult beverages. Hydration pretty much goes out the window. I'm working on that, but it's tough. I felt it today when I did Verticle Plyo. I'm getting more "used" to the workouts, and I see changes in my body only after 2 weeks. But, I know that they could be better if I cleaned things up a bit, diet wise. I work alot with the 80/20 rule-I eat clean 80% of the time, and 20%-I do whatever the heck I want. I save that 20 for things like birthday parties, pool parties, and boat days. And there's alot of that in the Summer. Hence my struggle. Well, we all have our vices-and that's mine! I find that coconut water helps a TON with hydration if I didn't do so good on a particular day, and also taking my BCAAS and L-Glutamine; pre and post workout. They are amino acids and aid in performance, repair, and recovery. I add that to my Results and Recovery drink post workout, and take more pre workout, in capsule form. It helps ALOT, and I'm not going to post why-because it's really science-y and I barely understand it myself-let alone try to explain it to the 2 people that read this blog. Also, a high fiber diet helps with just-everything...and not just pooping on the daily. I can give you good websites though to learn, and to purchase to improve your quality of life.
www.bodybuilding.com <--great articles to learn about EVERYTHING fitness related, and a store to buy supplements-such as L-Glutamine and BCAAS.
www.barndadnutrition.com <---FIBER. It's a different kind of fiber that's just better than the rest. Helps with weight management, controls hunger, and helps with keeping your cholesterol in check. They also have these KILLER biscotti fiber cookies-OH SO GOOD!
www.beachbodycoach.com/demibean <--Results and Recovery Drink. Great for hydration and awesome for post workout feel good vibes.
www.anglefoods.com <--Kurt Angle developed a food line that includes DELICIOUS healthy frozen pizzas that are high in fiber and protein. They make me smile times a million.
So you see there is a balance you need to find. I *think* I found mine. But it's ALWAYS a daily decision, and NOT always easy. Do you want to get fitter? Or Fatter? Or shorten your lifespan? Pass good lifestyle choices to your kids, family, and friends? Does that sound good to you? I hope so.
HAPPY BIRFDAY ISABEL GRACE. SHE'S 3!!!

TIRED/sore/PAIN and HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISABEL!
I woke up at 4 AM PEOPLE. Why? Because I am in pain. Oh the brutality. Sore as hell from *Idontevenwannasaythenameanymore* you know what. I had the computer close by (btw that is not me pictured above, but a close comparison) so I decided to complain about it-to you. You're welcome. I have the jumpy workout today. WTH. This week is going to be wrong on so many levels so expect aLOT of craptastic whiney blogposts. I want my Shakeology soooooo bad but I cant even fathom walking downstairs for it. Maybe I'll do this instead:
Again-this is NOT me. But I'm totes jealous and wish I had it. Within arms reach.
In other news: MY BABY IS THREE YEARS OLD TODAY! Time REALLY does fly-and you know I used to HATE when people said that-because time doesn't really "fly" around. It just happens when your not doing anything. Or doing too much you forget that amazing crap is happening all around you. I prefer to be in the middle. Anyway-I went through 6 hours of natural birth with that little bugger-and I still remember the feeling of the

I hate everything
This is what I look and feel like saying to Shaun post Asylum workouts.
LIKE OMG. I talk alot about Asylum; 1) Because it's my blog and I can write what I want and 2) Asylum has consumed my life, mostly with total body soreness. I have to remind myself it's only 30 days. I just finished Day 15-which is Speed and Agility. This workout is a beast-but it's getting more "doable" (in a teensy tiny way) which means I push harder. OHHH CAN I TELL YOU SOMETHING SUPER DUPER EXCITING?!!! I can jumprope. Not just regular skip rope. SPEED ROPE. And I can FINALLY keep up with the warm up portion that includes the speedrope. And that's why I can compare myself to this guy now:
On *some* days (not really)
My speed is improving and so is my agility. But DEAR LORD IT IS SO HARD.
That's all I can think of to really explain this sheermadness awesomeness that is Asylum. I will buy some stars and stripes pants after all this and compete in the Olympics when I'm done. Believe that.

I don't even know what day it is anymore. All I know is that this workout was HARD.
Ok I lied. I just finished lucky number Day 13 in Insanity: The Asylum. The only reason I know that is because I have this dang huge wall calander staring me in the face as soon as I get up in the morning. It's like a date with the devil. Hey do you guys know what Selecttech dumbbells are? Well, we got a killer set with a stand and everything off of Craigslist for $200 bucks (love a deal) and I heart them with everything that I have. For those that do know a thing about them, you know that you can increase the weight by .5 lb's if you want. So, everytime I workout, I try to "fool" my body and increase weight by a half a pound. I mean, it's (my body) not going to notice that, it's just not. WRONG. I was spewing sweat from every pore of my body times a million more than any other workout I've done to date. EVER. J got sneaky on me and took this pic ON MY VERY LAST SET. And then told me to hold that pose. I was like, "ARE YOU KIDDING?!" I can barely hold these things in my hand, let alone have an impromptu photoshoot when I'm this spent. But, he did get a good pic. I think. I look like I may kill someone, but, that's just me in general. This program is no joke. I say that alot-but it's the friggin' truth.
That's all I got-Demi

Feeling GOOD.
And I am not lying.
I see the light. Maybe.
I'm not going to talk about days anymore with Asylum. Unless I have a really crappy day, than I will. But guess what? I FEEL POSITIVE about this program now. I can feel my inner athlete starting to make an appearance, and that makes me feel good! I mean, I've done alot of fitness programs. I've run a full marathon. I was a Marine for crying out loud. The discipline in the Marines is a bit different, it's spanned out (for me) over 4 years. 4 years of daily little disciplines with some large doses of physical and mental toughness. But Asylum is just 30 days. 30 days of BRUTALITY. But the thing is; is that it's POSSIBLE. Yeah, the first week sucks..I mean, you question every sense of your physicality, really. But here I am on Day 12, and I KNOW I can do this. I'm so excited about how I'm going to feel on Day 30. I can't wait to see the transformation! Lord knows I can already feel it. Next time someone says it's impossible for you; it's SO NOT. There's a way to push through for everyone.
Enough with the sapfest. I have a DEAL going on right now and it expires soon. If you buy Shakeology on Home Direct through ME-I will send you a FREE SHAKEOLOGY CLEANSE so you don't have to dip into your own supply. I mean really, that IS a great deal, saving you $45 bucks. Kickstart your health, and save some cashmoneymoney. CLICK HERE to learn more about the product, or click on the HUGE banner above. I will be your free coach this way too. This is the BEST part of it all-really.

GAME DAY
I STILL feel this way. Workout has been done for almost an HOUR.
Game Day. I was really stoked about this one. In a strange way I thought it would be the perfect mixture of fun/brutality (which I love)..a nice break from the week of Asylum hell workouts. Well, it's not. It's the most HELLISH one. To give you an idea-you start out with a 1 MILE SPRINT. You go up hill. You go down hill. You then sprint to the finish. Only Shaun can figure out a way to simulate an uphill sprint on a flat floor. But he does. You then go through MULTIPLE SPORTS, including *wierd* ones like SPEED SKATING. That was one of the hardest ones for me. Talk about a burn and sucking the air out of the room. I dry heaved, but I managed to keep it down. There was mountain climbing (not on the floor, ON THE PULLUP BAR)-this is where I aquired MULTIPLE bruises on my legs.Craziness Control is the word of the day in this workout. I had none. I took ALOT of breaks. I'm managing to get my agility up to speed-but still-there is nothing that gets easier. EVER. I gave it all I had. There was nothing I had left to give at the end. My body just gave out and I barely made it to the shower. So as I ice my bruises from whacking my legs in the doorway during the mountain climber drills (don't even ask, it's like, a nightmare), I give this workout 5 out of 5 swimmer breast strokes. As far as my performance-I give it NEGATIVEabillion Daikler BBall jumps. It was so hard. My team lost. (Sorry, Team). But I made it. I will work hard this week so I can do better next time, team. Promise. (I have a team in my head that I play with every day, BTW.) Progress, progress, progress. If I'm alive and don't puke-it's progress and a success, dangit.
It's going to be alazy productive day.-Demi

Easter, feeling crappy, and sleep. Wow. That's a great title.
UUUGH. I am BEYOND SORE. I can't get out of bed..yet. I had Verticle Plyo yesterday, then we went boating and spent the day in the sun. Got burned on my butt (like, how DOES that even happen??), and I'm just friggin' tired. Boating wipes you out-on top of shananigans like asylum-well yeah, today I am feeling it. Today is just stretching. I'll feel accomplished if I can even get out of bed to do that.
In other, much more important news: IT'S EASTER! We celebrated with Easter baskets and talked about what Easter really is about. They did have candy though. Alana dove in, like head first into that basket of goodness. Isabel had her first M&M. At first she thought it was just regular candy. Then she bit in, and I could see it on her face; "My mind is blown. It's both a candy AND chocolate!" I feel you on that one sister.
Looking forward to when I can see this guy again-Demi

It's fun to take tampons with you on boats. (not really).
Oh South Carolina, I love you. Thank you for getting warmer than everywhere else in the USA (usually). This makes me happy. I will be on a boat today (duh), and yeah so I just finished Verticle Plyo. Ouch. <--How's that for a run on sentence? Whatever. My fingers are still shaking from this beyatch of a workout. The thing with Asylum is that the more you do it-you become better. So you push harder. But then it's just as hard as the first time you did it. You still sweat and groan just as much. And cry and pee a little. So IT'S ALWAYS HARD. Do you understand this yet? Ok. Just making sure. I'm pretty much done with week 2. Crazy, no? I do have "Relief" tomorrow but that is just stretching, which I will fo' sho' need. I will post week 2 pics soon. I must consume food and try not to eat the entire house. J just went food shopping too. Shiot.
Thanks for reading this crapfest. -Demi

Back to Da Core-Day 8
This is the list I gave J today when he goes to the grocery store. I felt like I may need the vodka eggs for the protein so my muscles can repair after today's workout.
Day 8. Asylum. Back to Core (Title of workout). The first time I did this workout-I was still learning, and therefore not putting in my all. This time around-I felt good-I gave it EVERYTHING I had, and I was dripping sweat EVERYWHERE. Alana (my 9 year old) walked in at one point and just says "EW" and walks out. I thought I was going to be all "sprite" and throw in some "Overtime" today (apparently it's only 15 minutes for days you feel like you can put in more work-but it's pure hell. Was. Not. Needed.). One thing I do want to add is that I feel like my posture has already improved from this workout because of all the work that is done in your upper back area. Then the lower back work and the hamstrings-OMG-I finally "embraced" the burn and went for it until I couldn't go no more. When I was done-I felt great about what I had put in to this. I could not do another workout today, even if I wanted to. I feel like if you REALLY do put in all your efforts-mentally AND physically, there is NO WAY you could do another workout in the same day you do an Asylum workout.
Well I have a 2 year old breathing down my neck-so I must cut this short. Remember, it's Easter weekend-celebrate an EMPTY TOMB my friends-not a bunny!
