Lazy Sundays

We, the Bean family, are officially in the middle of a lazy Sunday. I had an incredible nap, hubs is taking a nap now, as well as the baby. Alana is lounging around watching cartoons and all is great in the world. I *might* do yoga later, but that might just mess up our lazy pattern today. StretchX sounds more appealing, but we shall see.

So Jason is leaving me for 3 whole days, starting tomorrow! I feel completely helpless when he's not around. He's going to Charlotte, NC tomorrow to work on a house...and I'm going to miss him like crazy. Not to mention, the kids kind of go nuts when he's not around. He's the definition of Head of Household-and everyone knows it! Our family is SO much better because of him. Can I say how amazing he is? Well he's: understanding, appreciative, hot and sexy, supportive, a leader, amazing father, and most importantly-Christ follower. He leads us, he prays for us, he is never stagnant, he is always looking for a way to be better and he always looks out for our best interest, even if we don't understand at the moment :). He's humble, he's always learning new things, and quick to forgive and understand. What an example for our children we have! And how amazing is God to have put us together! I am so thankful for him.

What I do all day...

In case you were dying to know! LOL

630am-wake up, get Alana ready for school, Jason gives Isa her first bottle
7am-drink my herbal tea, followed by my breakfast=Shakeology.
715am-wave Jason and Alana off-they won't be back until much later.
715-845-play time with Isabel
850-9am-2nd bottle for Isabel
9-930-Isabel takes her first nap, usually 2-3 hours
10-11am-I workout while she sleeps, then catch up on emails, and do household cleaning, and/or laundry.
12pm-Isabel's up-she eats lunch
1230pm-put her down on floor to play so momma can eat lunch too.
1-3pm-Play time again, the park, pool, or a stroller ride. Maybe run some errands, or meet up with friends and network. Sometimes we just stay inside if the weather is bad, and I'll network from home while she plays with her toys.
315pm-Alana is back from school.
320pm-Alana gets a snack, and I set her up to do her homework.
330-430pm-Isabel goes down for second nap while Alana goes outside to play.
430-5pm-Isabel wakes up.
530pm-Jason comes home!
530-6pm-Jason plays with Isa and Alana, then does 10 minute trainer, then takes a shower while I watch the kids.
6-7pm-Make and serve dinner
7-8pm-Play time as family
8pm-Alana gets tucked in and goes to bed.
8-9pm-Isabel winds down for the night, has her last bottle.
9-915pm-Isabel goes to bed
915-10pm-Mommy and Daddy time/then bed.

Start over next day!

That's a typical Monday through Friday routine for the Bean Household, variations do occur occasionally, because that's life! I love it!

Pictures make me happy!

I feel like I haven't posted Isa in a long time, and Alana-but for now-here's a great pic of Isa and Daddy, right before we left to Costa Rica. It was so hard to leave the kiddos. They were so happy when we got back though! So sweet.

Leaving on a Jet Plane...

We leave tomorrow to Costa Rica!! Woot!

Happy 3 year anniversary to us..Jason I love you more than words can say. These 3 years have flown by and have been such an amazing journey. I still feel like I'm just getting to know you and, boy do we have a great time with life. My Joy comes from God, and YOU. I love you :)

Prayers for safe travels would be appreciated as well. :)

I will be doing my 2nd to last week of P90X in Costa Rica-so hopefully they have a DVD player! If not I will be doing it "by the book" which is something I really would rather not do, but if I have to, I will. Gotta have those drastic 90 day pics SOON, can't wait to post-they're going to be GOOD. (Pat on back). haha.

The hardest part for me is leaving my kids. Especially Isabel..this will be the first time that I leave her for more than a day. It will be hard, and I know there will be tears here and there. I know the reunion will be sweet though, so that's what will bring me through. Did I mention that I LOVE MY KIDS?! Family is so sweet.

Needless to say..no blogs for a week. I hope everyone "keeps pushing play" and keeps eating clean. Remember, every workout is money in the bank. The hardest part of working out is just getting started. Once you got your workout clothes on and get your mind right-that's half the battle right there. Even if it is YogaX that you have to do. LOL. Which is what I have to do in a couple minutes..Oooohm.

Please Pray

1) That my dang OB/GYN office will get their butts into highgear and get my copper IUD in. For the love..It's only been..9 MONTHS! Calendar method can only work so long for a fertile mertile puertorican like myself. I won't even get into condoms. Ew.

2) That our closing goes as planned this week so we can book our hotel in Costa Rica. Turns out we are going there during "high season." So most hotels are booked full capacity. We really would LOVE to stay in La Paz, near the volcanoes. That's one of Jason's dreams actually. Let's make that come true!

3) That the dynamics of living with my parents would improve, and not regress. I'm sensing some tension here and there (between me and my mom, mostly-who doesn't! I sensed the "tension" when I called her a bitch. That'll do it!). We got at least 5 more months here so let's make it good and comfortable for everyone.

And that I don't turn into fat lard butt on vacation. I'll be done with P90X right around that time, so I might fall off the wagon. Jason forbids to bring any dvd's with me because he'll know that I'll do it every day. I might just have to hide them somewhere...

YogaX

Well today was the day that I actually started to enjoy YogaX. I think it was just hard in our household with all the chaos to really "get into it." Jason took the kids to grandmas for just a couple hours, which gave me a really great time slot to do it in peace and wonderful quietness. It was awesome! When I stood up after meditation pose and doing my ohm's, I actually felt a little high. That's when you know you had a great class.
