You will hear this alot floating around Beachbody-but seriously-What is YOUR why?
-WHY are you working out?
-WHY are you making sacrifices?
There are so many other "why's," I just can't list them all here, but for YOU, personally, you know what your WHY is. What I want to reinforce is that your "WHY" needs to be LONGTERM.
For example: If your answer to my first question, "Why are you working out?" is "So I can look good in a bikini this summer." Well, that's great and all, but are you going to stop your health and fitness goals once summer is over and you get to cover up in sweaters? All the hard work, the sweat, and the determination you may be doing now for summer needs to be continued all year long my friends-it needs to be a LIFE long commitment-so you can live a long, healthy life, God willing.
Nobody makes a long term life commitment without knowing WHY they are doing it.
