I always have things buzzing around in my head after a workout, and I thought I'd better right down some before I forget:
1) Workouts should NEVER get "easy." I just got done with Total Body +, and still, that workout makes me question my athleticism, which is good!
2) I remember saying one time when I was doing the regular P90X-and I was done with KenPoX, and I was thinking, "that was way too easy, I didn't even break a sweat!" I got some advice to start punching with light weights in my hand or wear ankle weights. That ended my "easiness" right away, and I broke through that plateau!
3) So ending thought-UP your intensity if something feels too comfortable for you. UP your weight. Being too comfortable will NOT get you results. Don't be afraid to make noises or grunt. But also remember that quality over quantity is key. It's a hard balance to find, but once you find it, your fitness levels will SOAR.
