So I plan on working out later in the day...after a nap! I can't bear trying to work out when tired, and Jason has all the kids out right now, so I have to take advantage of this precious time. Besides, it always makes me feel recharged and just BETTER. No matter what is going on, I feel like I can better manage things emotionally if I get a good sweat and the endorphins rolling. Hmmm, I think it's time for a Max Cardio Conditioning day-over 1000 calories burned in 55 minutes. Just one of 'dem days..(remember that song, by Monica? Ol' school R&B!)
Time to get "INSANE"...right after this nap! :)

Girl..where are all the comments on your blog? I'm shocked to see none. You are such an awesome writer and encourager! I will always be here reading and commenting...even if it does take me FOREVER to catch up!
