Time to Train

I'm about to do Interval Training with the DVD "IntervalX." It's a monster! I love it though, gets the heart pumping and calories torched.

I have recently changed my mindset to being someone that "just works out" to labeling myself as an "athlete who trains." (thanks Christina!) If you are thinking, "I'm just doing this to lose weight" instead think "I'm doing this to be a fitter, better athlete." Because that's what YOU are, an athlete, training to be the best they can be; physically and emotionally. Work it and Train hard! Is there any other way?! :)

Just got caught up on my reading, and rather than leave a bunch of comments (because I ALWAYS love your posts!!)...I'm just gonna say (for me) "Time to TRAIN!"

Thanks Demi!

We need to suggest some kind of Beachbody Olympics for coaches so we have a goal! Ha! IntervalX is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Good stuff!

Sounds like something I read somewhere...hmmm...

I really like Interval X+ too! When I first did it, I was totally gassed at the end trying to keep up, but things have gotten so much easier since then.

Where did you read it somewhere John? I mentioned Christina's post as she posted something similar...anywho..Michael-I know what you mean! When I first started Plyometric training, it was the hardest thing I've ever done. Now-it's much easier. I'd imagine it would be the same with IntervalX-although I'm not at that point, yet! :)
