I am back from Costa Rica..and I have tons of pics yet to be posted. But, I am just too tired! Tomorrow should be promising.
I DID workout while I was on vacation..by the book. While it was hard, and somewhat Un-motivating (Hey, Tony's remarks are motivating to me, I'm a dork..I know!), I did complete them. I have been still sticking to my vegetarian diet, and I think that has made a drastic difference in my health overall. Not coming down on meat-eaters, just my first hand experience talking. Anywho, can you believe that I lost another 5 lbs during vacation?! Carazy. Today, when I was doing plyo, my pants kept falling off.
Never experienced that before. It was nice, I gotta admit.
This is what I want to say about Beachbody, and all their amazing programs. You NEED dedication. Diligence. Hard Work. I have been blessed beyond belief that I have not become sick during my challenging 3 months. I can say-with alot of pride-that I have not missed a single workout, and I've only cheated 2 times on my diet. The one thing I think I screwed up on, was not bringing my recovery drink to Costa Rica. I just forgot. Creatine and Protein are very important! But I tried to compensate for the loss by eating lots of fresh veggies, fruits, water, and protein bars..along with some tequila on some nights! ....Hey-it was our 3 year wedding anniversary, so don't give me any sh*t about it! :)
I am going to finish off this 3 month journey with doubles, and my recovery weeks..then my pics. Hopefully they will be crazy drastic different than my last! I LOVE being healthy and FIT!!
