Sooo....

I think I might try going Vegan for a while. That's right friends..no meat, no cheese or dairy products, and no eggs. Nothing from animals. Crazy, right?! It probably will be a temporary thing..but I just want to see if it changes me in any drastic way. Another reason is that I don't eat enough veggies, and this will definately force me to eat more of the glorious vegetables. I will keep you updated on my vegan-transistion. :P

Eeek. I know nothing about that and can't imagine doing it, but good luck anyway! What would a typical days menu look like for you?

The only thing I'd worry about is the fact that you can't have any animal based protien. That throws out whey protein etc. Good luck though. I'll enjoy some steak!

wow. I can't see how I could EVER do that. I love my veggies...but I LOVE my meat and my cheese!
I'm like Christina...what would you eat in a typical day then? I can't imagine....
Of course, there are probably lots of foods (and substitutes) out there that I don't even know about. Keep us updated on how it goes. Will your family follow along or will you have to cook it for them still?
