I did PLYOMETRICS today.
Holy crap. That sh*t is HARD!!
There were so many times I almost gave up, but I didn't, and I'm glad I didn't. My butt and legs ARE SORE as crap, and so is my midsection. So that's good. I'm a sucker for soreness...I know I did the work I needed to. Twisted? Yeah, pretty much.
P90X is pretty much for crazy people.
I'm a perfect candidate!

Good deal, my first time with Plyo I only got 30 minutes through before I gave up. But, I've finished it every week since. I now look forward to it. Just becareful to not push so hard your form goes south. You could hurt your knees like I have.
