God is many things..but this week on Seacoast.org, I focused on the first sermon of the series, "God is Generous."

It was explained so simple. We have to change the way we live regarding generosity. We need to "Live to Give." I love that. We need to live to possess the ability to give, because things of this world simply do not satisfy. We also need to have "The attitude of gratitude." Give cheerfully!

This scripture explains it perfectly:

"Remember this-a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each make up your own mind as to how much you should give. Don't give reluctantly or in response to pressure. For God loves the person who gives cheerfully. And God will provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others." 1 corinthians 9:6-9

This is a promise from God, why wouldn't you be more generous after hearing that? :)
