This pic makes me giggle, seriously! But in all honesty, it has a great message-you CAN do what you want to do-and achieve greatness...the concept of "Bring It" is such a motivating phrase that is said often in the Beachbody community, because as human beings, we all LOVE a challenge. And accomplishing that challenge, despite any handicaps, is what makes us great. Like the baby above (LOL!)-or if your vice is being morbidly obese, or you haven't worked out in years..whatever it is..you CAN get your life back. I know the analogies are a bit different, but I just wanted to share a thought or two. :)
