Ok I feel better

I just had my lunch and alot of water, and VOILA-headache gone and I feel good again. Still a bit tired. But nothing intolerable. I may take another nap later, but that's expected. I feel the need to take some epsom salt baths, because OMG my body feels so SORE! And while I was reading the guide today, that's a major side effect. Who knew? They say even though I'm not working out at all-this is a MAJOR workout for your insides, and it's getting rid of all the toxic buildup all the way through your muscles and even your skin. Hence sore muscles. Well alrighty then. Bring it on! -DB
