It was Power Cardio and Resistance day-and WOW I really felt alot stronger, and didn't have to stop as much as the first week for breaks. But it's STILL a monster sweat fest that makes you want to cry! LOL! From now on, until I do a new workout, I won't be posting notes, unless I feel enlightened to do so. :)
So BRING IT WEEK 2!!!
