"Work Out With You"--Is a GREAT tool to use through the Beachbody community. You can use it even if you are not a Beachbody member, and have a program through them. Log your workouts every day, because every day they hand out prizes ranging from money (up to $1,000 bucks!), cameras, and the Ipod touch. It's also a great way to just "workout" with people online and network. You never know..you could be the next winner!
And coaches-You NEED to log your workouts-you want your clients to follow in example, right? 20 workouts logged a month should be your goal, in real time!
OK-about to do some good ol' CardioX and a little bit of YogaX. I have a 10K coming up this week so things are getting a little bit modified!!
