Anywho-today is Upper + and Core day, I LOVE this workout! Your whole upper body is absolutely pumped afterwards and it's a huge calorie burn at the same time, because it moves so fast.
I'm going to have to take a pic of our bedroom a.k.a. our workout room...it's getting completely overtaken by weights, mats, strength bands..nuts! And now Jason has his 10 minute trainer-and it came with this lovely "cardio belt"..and I could not resist! After a couple minutes sprinting on that, you are in a flop sweat, how great! I think it would be a wonderful training compliment for runners that are training for a race, or anyone looking for extra calorie burn. During yesterdays workout, in the "cardio breaks" I slipped that thing on and just 'ran' during my break, and while it was hard, it felt good because I was actually running, with resistance, as hard as I could, in 1 SPOT. Ah-mazing.
