It's done spectacular things for the majority of the consumers, and I've seen it do spectacular things in my life-so I definitely can acclaim to that! As far as regularity, that can be related to a whole nother issue with yourself if that's the case, but there is always fiber available and tons of water to drink to help with that. I know exactly how that drink is made when I went to the last Coach Summit-and trust me-it's worth every penny! :)
was searching a few things and found your website. Are you really selling pictures of yourself? That's kind of weird...anyway about shakeology. It's really good, but honestly i got p90x to get rid of all those membership fees. I wouldn't pay $120 a month on shakeology. I go back to the gym and go organic before i do that.
