OK-the first time I did this workout, I was still learning all the moves, and took it pretty easy. Well, this morning I was pretty amp'd about doing it again, because I remember how fun it was. It incorporates EVERYTHING, every single muscle in your body, focusing on core strength. Who doesn't need more of that?? Anywho, I was in a flop sweat during the warm up. That's when you know it's going to be a great workout! And by the end, wow..I was sweatier than after plyo even and I felt like superwoman. Good stuff!!
