Shakeology is only 140 calories a serving..some people use it as a meal replacement (usually breakfast or lunch) or as a snack..it won't affect you much calorie wise, so don't worry about that. If anything, it will just make you healthier! My question is how did you incorporate it into the P90X nutrition plan? I know some people use it as a snack instead of a meal, but is it okay to substitute for a meal? I keep my calories to about 1500 instead of 1800 and right now 1500 is without a recovery drink.
